Social and public commitment
Solar Home is a sponsor of Handball Club "Lokomotiv" Gorna Oryahovitsa, Basketball Club "Lokomotiv" Gorna Oryahovitsa and other sports events promoting 3x3 basketball throughout Bulgaria. The renovation of the "Nikola Petrov" Sports Hall - Gorna Oryahovitsa and the paediatric department at the Multiprofile District Hospital for Active Treatment "Dr. Stefan Cherkezov" has been supported. Basketball hoops have been purchased and the flooring of the court in the village of Parvomaitsi has been renewed.
Training, retraining and career development of personnel
We support the potential of every employee and encourage everyone's ambition for career development and qualification. Solar Home has 10 students assigned to a dual form of education and provides an opportunity for internship programs to students from the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics "M.V. Lomonosov" in the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa. The company pays additional professional insurance for its employees. Training courses for the "Energy equipment and installation fitter" profession were held for the installation teams.
